Now What?

In the spirit of graduating (can anyone tell I’m actually super relieved that I’m friggin finally done with it), I thought I’d quote something from my favourite ever musical:

What do you do with a B.A. in English?
What is my life going to be?
4 years of college,
And plenty of knowledge,
Have earned me this useless degree!
I can’t pay the bills yet,
‘Cause I have no skills yet,
The world is a big scary place!

Here’s the song for all of you who haven’t managed to watch it/don’t know what I’m talking about. It’s really only the first minute that’s applicable, but it’s a super funny song anyway. :)

Now Playing: What Do You Do With A B.A. In English/It Sucks To Be MeAvenue Q soundtrack

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA this song is hilarious!!!

there should be one made especially for my people too. What do you do with a B.A. in Polisci/It Sucks to be broke. lol. it will be my sound track in all sense of the word.

but dude! u can cook. my only marketable skill is erm.

i’ll get back to u in a bit.

  • HAHAHAHHA. Talking for hours on end about nothing in particular. :) Or ahem in a certain accent. Obviously my strengths lie elsewhere in Asia. :D

  • uncle thinks you should update your blog profile and call yourself a graduate!

  • good point. i shall slowly go and think of what to call myself now. I quite like the thought of “Economically Inactive” for now. :)

PS: Sensei says to go and do some work, and that looking at recipe books doesn’t count. On that note, email me shopping list?
