		<description>ade: You put all those dry ingredients into a bowl, and whisk! It&#039;s just to evenly mix them together, as well as break up any clumps and aerate it. sifting would have the same effect (maybe a little better), but I&#039;m lazy and I hate washing the sift :D</description>

adel: try this recipe! I think one of the hallmarks of a pound/butter cake is that it&#039;s adequately moist, and this one definitely is. just make sure you keep it well wrapped if it&#039;s not consumed all at once, and take it out the moment the cake passes te skewer test else that might dry it out too much!

h: she&#039;s not really a strawberry person either. re ice cream anyway she&#039;s a vanilla+nuts type (eg macadamia nut from haagen dazs!) haha. and yes I saw the clip on YouTube ;p</description>
