		<description>ac: when i was last in the states most supermarkets seemed to have fresh red chillies - what you wouldn&#039;t be able to find are the smaller hotter ones (chilli padi)... so you could always just up the spice factor by adding crushed dried red chillies maybe? or just sub in some of the spicier peppers that are available to you :)</description>
