Save The Kittens!
Michelle from syntaxfree found and rescued a pregnant cat, who has since given birth. Her home, however, is way too full of cats already to be able to house all 5 of them, hence she’s desperately looking for adoptive cat-parents for the since we all know the fate of unadopted kittens left to the overcrowded SPCA.
I really wish I could take one - or two or twenty - but unfortunately there’s a clause in our tenancy agreement in which we’re not allowed to keep pets. I’m trying to convince bunny that they’re possible to keep incognito, but I don’t think I’m succeeding. Oh well, maybe our landlords will have a change of heart. Just in case I succeed in my venture, I’VE GOT MY EYE ON TIGERLILY AND/OR JACK SPARROW. (Yes, they have ridiculously cute names too.)

Well my parents and sister do the bulk of our “cat outreach” work really, I just turn up and enjoy the fuzz therapy.
Just so you know, someone else has expressed interest in Tigerlily. I don’t know if that will translate into an actual adoption, but if you’re keen on her, better work on your bunny/landlord fast!
Glad you like the names and thanks for the publicity. I think I’m gonna cry when we actually have to part with them, but it has to be done.

GARRGGHHH there *must* be a way to change my landlord’s mind. Especially since there’s no way the bunny will ever let me do something that goes against the terms of the contract. WHY AM I LIVING WITH A LAWYER. WHY WHY WHY.

I KNOW RIGHT. I was trying to decide which one I would swoop in to kidnap once I hypothetically gained clearance, and I just kept cycling through all 4 of them.
MY FAVOURITE PART ABOUT SMEE IS HOW HIS HEAD DOESN’T MATCH HIS BODY. (in colour)
