The Classy Way To Eat Chicken Wings

As instructed and demonstrated by Shirlyn.



First, firmly grab the chicken wing at the tendon where the mid-section joins the wing-tip.



Next, slowly twist out the smaller bone, and if the wing is well cooked, it should separate from the flesh and slip out easily.



Discard the first bone and repeat with the other one. (This one got a bit stuck to the flesh – will try again and repost new photo next week.)



Viola, you have a boneless chicken wing, which just tastes better. Plus you look way more glam eating it this way. :D
