At Long Last

I think I’m done with the Bali photos. The only ones I haven’t looked at yet are the ones of the villa, and frankly I don’t give a shit anymore. Ha. Have other photos that have been placed on hold thanks to these silly holiday ones. Maybe one day when I’m bored and have nothing to do I’ll do those.
Anyway, this is my favourite of the batch. The rest of the completed photoset is up, and can be viewed at this link. The 1000-odd pictures I took have been whittled down to 54, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking, and far more than I enjoyed choosing them. :p

I’m trying to imagine what a rabid chipmunk would sound like saying that. Sort of like Chip and Dale from the old Disney animations? :)

screwy: Haha, thanks. To be honest I just started (by started, I mean “picked up a dSLR”) 3 months ago, so I think I still have a lot of room to improve. Always helps when nice subjects and great colours wander in front of your lens.

Very impressive photos! I’m going to Bali for the first time next month and your photos got me all excited about the trip. :)

mis_nomer: Thanks! Which part of Bali are you going to? If you’re going to be on the Kuta side, I definitely recommend Ku De Ta (where I took most of my photos), and if you’re going to be on the Ubud side, it’s a really nice place to just wander around. Lovely rice paddies etc too. Have fun!
