So I made chicken rice last night, following Chubby Hubby’s amazing recipe. Not for anti-fussy-cooks, though. In order to get the chicken to that tender, succulent perfection, you’ve got an hour of avoiding getting scalded, when you’re draining the hot water out of the chicken’s cavity and re-dunking it in the pot.
Stephy got an office delivery since she was still at work after 11pm when I headed out for a movie.
Anyhoo, I’m late for my massage! So toodles.
