yesterday’s picture is now permanently engraved in my brain. I really thought I was looking at one of those awful posters they put up in hospitals to scare people.
a couple of years back there was this really gross photo floating around the internet.
it was like larvae growing inside a woman’s breast. the picture showed the stage at which the larvae had hatched and started to make thir way out. imagine a cross-section of a lotus root superimposed on a breast (front view, not profile), and the larvae were growing and coming out of where the holes of the lotus root are.
